Refund policy

We hope that you are happy with your order but in the event you need to return items we ask that you return them within 14 days of receiving them.

We offer a full refund on full price items that are returned in the same condition as received, re-saleable, unworn and with labels attached.

Items returned after 14 days will be credited as a credit note only.  We have the right to refuse a refund/credit note for any items returned after 28 days.

Sale items are credit note or exchange only.

Please remember to include a note with your return so we know who the item is from, including your order number.

Package your items in the original packaging 

We advise you to return recorded delivery or signed for with proof of postage. PLEASE KEEP HOLD OF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER


If you return an item without the required paperwork there may be a delay in processing your order and refunding your money. The parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, we are not liable for lost parcels. Parcels not received will not be refunded. 
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

CANCELLING MY ORDER

Yes you can cancel any order within 7 days. If your item has already been dispatched you can just return for a refund. Postage will not be refunded if the item has already being dispatched.

REFUNDS

We aim to process all refunds as soon as the goods are received back. This usually takes between 3-5 working days once we have received your return.         DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE

FAULTY GOODS

We hope you are delighted with your order but on the rare occasion a product is faulty we ask you to email us within 2 days of receiving your items stating the problem and attaching a photo. The returned items must be in a unused condition with labels attached.

ITEM ORDERED OUT OF STOCK

In the event that we are unable to supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you by email and advise on delivery dates that you should receive it or offer to cancel your order and provide a full refund.

PRE-ORDERING

If you see something you would like to pre order just drop us an email and we can advise on delivery dates

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs tax or duty charged on delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer. Children's Clothing is zero rated and duty is not normally charged.
