Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all products in stock within 2 working days of ordering. We keep all tracking details so please let us know if you don't receive your parcel within 7 days of ordering.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, and Saturdays in busy periods only.

ROYAL MAIL NEXT DAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED BEFORE 1PM

This shipping option is Monday to Thursday with orders placed before 3pm.  Orders placed Friday after 3pm, Saturday and Sunday are dispatched on Monday Next Day to be expected Tuesday before 1pm.

Guaranteed Saturday delivery - if you order on a Friday, Next Day is not guaranteed on Saturday unless you choose Saturday guaranteed delivery at checkout.

We are not responsible for any customs tax or duty charged on delivery. This is the responsibility of the customer. Children's Clothing is zero rated and duty is not normally charged.
